Industry Event Survey Prize Drawing
NO PURCHASE OR SURVEY RESPONSE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. COMPLETING THE SURVEY DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA, EXCLUDING QUEBEC. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
One Firefly, LLC, 1750 N University Dr, Suite 229, Coral Springs, FL 33071 ("Sponsor"), runs this drawing as part of research it conducts for AVIXA. D-Tools, Portal.io, and the other organizations that share the survey invitation are not sponsors of this drawing.
2. Who is eligible
You are eligible if, when you enter, you:
- are a legal resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada, excluding Quebec
- are 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is older
- work for a custom integration company
You are not eligible if you are an employee of AVIXA, One Firefly, or any organization that shares the survey invitation, or a member of the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and each of their spouses) or household of one of those employees.
3. Entry period
The drawing opens when the survey goes live on October 6, 2026, and closes at 11:59 pm Eastern Time on October 31, 2026. Sponsor's clock is the official clock for this drawing.
4. How to enter
Enter one of two ways. Both give you the same chance to win.
Survey entry. Complete the Industry Event Survey for Custom Integrators at 1fhub.com/eventsurvey. On the last page, select "Enter me in the drawing" and give your first name, last name, company, and email.
Free entry. Email AVIXA-drawing@onefirefly.com with the subject line "Survey Drawing." Include your first name, last name, company, email, and the name of the organization that sent you the survey invitation, if one did.
Limit one entry per person, by either method. Sponsor voids extra entries, entries sent by automated means, and entries missing required information. Entries must arrive before the entry period closes.
5. Prizes
Ten prizes. Each prize is one $500 (USD) Visa digital prepaid card, delivered by email. The approximate retail value of each prize is $500 USD, and of all prizes, $5,000 USD. Cards are subject to the issuer's terms, including any expiration date. Prizes have no cash alternative and are not transferable. Sponsor has the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Limit one prize per person.
6. Two drawings
Sponsor holds two separate random drawings of five winners each.
- Drawing A: survey entries from people who opened the survey through a link sent by D-Tools or Portal.io, and free entries naming D-Tools or Portal.io.
- Drawing B: all other eligible entries.
Sponsor assigns each survey entry to a drawing based on the link used to open the survey. Your odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries in your drawing.
7. Selecting and notifying winners
On or before November 6, 2026, Sponsor selects winners at random from the eligible entries in each drawing. Sponsor emails each potential winner within two business days of the drawing. To claim a prize, a potential winner must reply within seven days, confirm eligibility, and, for residents of Canada, answer the skill-testing question in section 8. A potential winner who does not reply in time, is not eligible, or does not answer the skill-testing question correctly forfeits the prize, and Sponsor draws an alternate from the same drawing. Sponsor sends each prize by email within ten business days after the winner confirms. Sponsor's decisions are final.
8. Residents of Canada
Before receiving a prize, a potential winner who lives in Canada must correctly answer, without help of any kind, a mathematical skill-testing question. Sponsor sends the question by email, and the potential winner must reply with the answer within 24 hours.
9. Taxes
Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize. Sponsor will request any tax information the law requires.
10. Your information
Sponsor uses entry information only to run the drawing, contact winners, and deliver prizes. Sponsor deletes entry information from non-winners after all prizes are delivered and keeps winners' information only as long as the winners list and tax records require. Sponsor never sells entry information. If you enter through the survey, Sponsor removes your name and contact details from your survey answers before anyone analyzes them and never reports answers by name. 11. Announcing winners
With a winner's permission, Sponsor and AVIXA announce the winner's first name, last initial, and state or province. For a list of winners, email AVIXA-drawing@onefirefly.com by December 31, 2026.
12. General conditions
By entering, you agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions. Sponsor has the right to cancel, change, or suspend the drawing if fraud, a technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control affects its fairness, and to disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process. Sponsor, AVIXA, and the organizations that share the survey invitation are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected, or for technical errors. By entering, you release them from any liability arising from the drawing or any prize, except where the law does not allow it. Florida law governs these rules, and the state and federal courts in Broward County, Florida, hear any dispute.
